Died in 2 years

Discontinued/replaced, I know, just wanted to post the fact that it died way too early.

Nice picture ; Reasonable price

Poor speakers ; TV lasted just over 25 months

Works For Me

I bought this for $400 during black november sales. That was a TOTAL steal woot! I remember reading some reviews about issues, but i have had none at all.

Works as intended. No problems at all. Tons of input options

The sound is not that great but I didn't really expect it to be. Don't get me wrong it adequate but don't turn it up really really loud or it will distort, especially with bass

Good TV

I have been really pleased with this TV. The picture is sharp and clear. I like that the HDMI 1 input can be linked up with a separate audio source. In my case I have HDMI from the PC with a separate analog audio connection running up to it

On 1080 inputs the set will go to a "Natural" picture size and overscan the image. This has to be changed to "Native" each time. It does not keep the setting as others have mentioned

Just picked this up, thought I got a deal but then I saw everyone else getting it for like 20 bucks cheaper ! Ha oh well. Using this as my computer monitor so I cant comment on the sound but the picture sure is bright and clear. Ii plugged in and...

WELL worth the price!!

I had been shopping for a quality LCD HDTV for well over a year, reading reviews and window shopping at department stores. I read TONS of excellent, well written reviews for Toshibas. Although I was sceptical to purchase a TV online without seeing it...

Excellent picture in HD. Made in Canada & USA. VGA (PC), aux, component, RCA, and 4 HDMI ins for lots of input connectivity. Ease of use. Extremely light for its size (just over 30 lb.) Did I mention that the picture's AWESOME?! For just being 60 Hz,...

Limited audio output connectivity (optical audio output is the ONLY audio out this has besides the built-in speakers.) The stock speakers are what any HDTV buyer in the 21st century would expect out of a video product at this good of a price; tolerable...

Can't beat it for the price

This is my first LCD TV, I've had a 21.5 1080p LCD computer monitor for about 2 years now and this 40 inch TV blows it away! I've had a Toshiba "Cinema Series" 36" CRT TV since November '99 and it still works great, never had a problem in almost 12...

Great contrast and good color. Easy setup and good sound for a bedroom. 40 inches actually a little big for my bedroom, but bigger is always better right? Sleek design and non-reflective screen. Relatively thin for standard LCD of its size. Real 1080i...

60 Hz refresh rate, but what can you expect for such a great price? Box had a big hole ripped open in front (about the size of a softball), could've been caused by the shipping company (TV had no damage however). Screen appears a little dark on...

decent tv, but lousy remote

If you can get it for a cheap price, then its worth it. Just note that the remote is not very good. It has a very slow response rate. If the remote was only better.

I got the tv on sale for $399. It was a bargain. The tv is descent. It has 4 hdmi ports

My only complaint is the remote. The remote is just not that good. I have to point the remote at a certain point at the tv, otherwise it would not work. I also have a samsung tv, and that remote is so much better by a huge margin. There is a limited...

Great TV!

If you have Comcast digital and upgrade to the HD box, be prepared for a mess of a time setting it up. Where I live, they are a few years behind the times and the default settings drove me nuts at first. Oh, and the TV does get a little hot, be...

This is my first full HD tv. So far it has eaten up everything I've thrown at it. It's our living room TV and I have our cable box, a high end PC with HDMI and a wii hooked up to it with composite cables. Games and like GTA IV, Prototype, Black ops,...
