Fragile screen

 

Price point was the reason we chose this TV

Significant shipping delays. Once we opened the TV the screen was cracked in numerous places

gonna piggy back from the con, i bought the TV and thought i was gonna receive a 120hz television. Pay attention of the back of the tv for the specs. i receive a 60hz tv instead of the 120hz . becaureful

great price for the type of television

pay attention to what you get once you receive the television, you might end up with something different

This is a day one review ; the price is right the picture is vary nice clear and clean the unit looks absolutely new not a single blemish ; with the 2 year extended for under 500 bucks it will be hard to beat if anything changes ill update this review

Abysmal support, quality issues

 

First TV appeared to be damaged in shipping (no apparent damage to the packaging, LCD was cracked). Newegg did a shipping claim. Communication has been fair, but no directions yet on shipping the bad TV. Wait a week for the second TV. Second TV's power...

Cheap

Poorly refurbished, worse customer service (from Toshiba, no complaints from Newegg's handling of this so far)

Great TV

 

I was a little apprehensive about UPS shipping of a TV of this size, ie. damaged pixels, etc., but it arrived intact with little damage to the box whatsoever.

Easy to set up and worked perfectly right out of the box
