The delivery was super fast. Packaging was excellent. The tv was very easy to install, and was dish remote ready when hookid up. We are extremely pleased with this tv.

Had a few problems with the set up, still having some issues with that, cannot find the manual to help me with that, the number that I was giving for customer service could not help me have to call another number still have not heard back yet. Howeve...

this item represent another poorly designed ad engineered item from China. The OSD REQIRES YO TO USEBINOCULARS AND THE RENOTE IS LIKE SOMETHING YOU WOULD FIND IN a box of cracker jacks do not waste your money!
