need more than 12 month warranty on products, more help, and customer service advice overall i enjoyed it for the 2 years it was working.

good picture, sound , good High Definition experience

brought it 11/12/08 out of warranty and screen went black, no sound now, no response with/without remote, but still has blue indicator light on.
