TV works perfect, picture is great. Repacking was good and everything was in the box. There were no visible defects. And the price was unbeatable, what more could you want?

I have had this TV for barely a year and it no longer works. I attempted to get help from Vizio customer service but they were no help at all. You would think a warranty would be worth something but it's not with this company. I have kept my Vizio tv...

I thought I ordered the smart TV version of this

 

It wasn't a smart tv like I thought I ordered. The 40" was sold out and I saw this and thought it was the same but in 42" . However, the picture is clear and is of good quality.

Died a sudden death 3 mos after the warranty exp

 

I've had this TV for 15 months, it's OK, or I should say it WAS ok, until one day it decided it wasn't OK and developed a long vertical stripe covering about 20% of the screen. A quick google search revealed this is a common issue and the fix didn't...
