Vizio M80-C3

Vizio's new M-Series of HDTVs shows you can get a big 4K screen with a very good picture without spending a whole lot of money.

Excellent contrast. Accurate color. Inexpensive compared with similar-sized 4K HDTVs.

Menus occasionally looks a bit fuzzy. Yahoo-based app ecosystem feels clunky.

Vizio's M-Series stands as one of the best values you can find in big-screen 4K HDTVs. They perform very well, and the price ($1,500 for the 65-inch model we tested) can't be beat. If you don't need a big screen, the smaller Sharp UB30 series is even...

Vizio M series review: Great 4K picture quality at an affordable price

The Vizio M series is one of the least-expensive TVs with 4K resolution, and it's also one of the best performing we've tested.

The Vizio M series is one of the least-expensive 4K TVs you can buy. Its picture quality, thanks to full-array local dimming, delivers deep black levels and excellent contrast for an LCD TV. Color accuracy and some aspects of video processing are...

Competing 4K TVs offer better video processing and more accurate color prior to picture-setting calibration. Only one HDMI input is compatible both HDMI 2.0 and HDCP 2.2. The silver finish doesn't blend in as well as black would.

The Vizio M series sits at this year's sweet spot of price and picture, and just happens to be 4K too.

Vizio M series (2015) review

Finally, I can wholeheartedly recommend a 4K TV. Not because its higher pixel count makes a major difference in picture quality -- it still doesn't and 4K content in the wild is still as scarce as giant pandas -- but because it finally offers a better...

Vizio M43-C1

Vizio is the current godfather of high-value TVs, and the 2015 M series is the poster child. It's priced hundreds less than any of the 4K offerings from Samsung and Sony, and performs better than most. The secret to that picture has nothing to do with...

The Best TV Around $500

After over 100 hours of researching the field and testing five finalists, we found that the Vizio M43-C1 is the best TV that costs around $500. The Vizio provides better image quality under real-world viewing conditions than any of the competition, has...

Vizio M Series (M65-C1) Review: Great Big 4K Value

At this price and performance mark, the Vizio 65-inch M-Series is destined to be a popular 4K ultra-HD set that appeals to a wide variety of shoppers. While it lacks some high-end features, such as support for the newest high dynamic range (HDR)...

Excellent contrast and deep blacks ; Good color reproduction ; Large 4K picture for a reasonable price ; Handy remote with built-in keyboard

Aging smart TV interface ; Poor sound

The Vizio M-Series' full-array backlighting delivers a superb picture for 4K TV shoppers who want a large 65-inch set at an affordable price.

VIZIO M65-C1 UHD LED/LCD TV Reviewed

Adrienne Maxwell reviews VIZIO's M65-C1, a 65-inch UHD TV that offers full-array LED backlighting with local dimming, a 120Hz refresh rate, and a solid smart TV platform for $1,500.

The VIZIO M65-C1 is an excellent "right now" TV. What do I mean by that? If you're shopping specifically to upgrade from HD to Ultra HD and plan to upgrade to UHD source devices like Ultra HD Blu-ray when they are available, then the M65-C1 probably...

VIZIO M-Series 65-Inch 4K Ultra HD TV (Model M65-C1) Review

Much better than expected

I was very surprised to find this being discontinued at Sam's club for $280.00. It is the cheapest 4k TV I've seen, and just right for my office. I hooked it up to the HDMI 2.0 port on my video card, and the 4k is awesome, and yes it is 60hz refresh...

High resolution, good sound, low price

None so far

Great price and an excellent picture.

In November 2015 we bought the Vizio 70 inch M Series 4K TV for our family room. Before this our "large" TV was a mortal Panasonic 42 inch G15 Plasma TV set up in our living room. This was a highly rated TV for its time and it still looks great. We...

Love the size (70 Inch) and the picture quality.

We haven't found anything that we don't like.
