Sound very tinny. Can't change the order of the channels. Videocon never replied to my emails to try to solve the channel order issue

Great picture quality, looks good. Thought I may have been taking a gamble on a unknown make but am more than happy.

TV guide only shows the channel you are currently on and the dvd isn't the easiest to load.

The remote control is very complex and difficult to use. My child can use most remote controls but this one he finds hard to master, which is a bad point because the television is in his room. The sound quality isn't the greatest but is satisfactory.
