Having only purchased in December early to give a complete overall rating but have found the wand extension easy to release and use. Dustbin also easy to release, empty and clean. Carrying handle convenient. Overall a good looking and modern cleaning...

Heavier to handle than expected also does not vacuum close to skirting edge. Was aware of this before purchase but a future addition of cleaning right up to the edge would be an additional welcome feature.

Suction power is excellent. The lights are actually really useful! The swivel of the cylinder makes the pushing and pulling a lot easier

I would have liked the crevice tool as a standard addition. The stair tool isn't the best design but it works ok. The hoover is heavy until one has got accustomed to it.

I love it. So easy to use, so much better than my old VAX.

Shame it doesn't come with a stairs nozzle attachment, only the brush and the weird crevice tool which is a bit pointless, and tends to catch and fall off. Woulf have preferred the stair nozzle.

Equally good on all floor surfaces, effective & good looking machine

Quite heavy & I find replacing the hose after using on stairs and cervices etc a little tricky (but that just be me :-) One of the tools refuses to stay put in it's hole

Not easy to manoeuver for an elderly arthritic user. Heavier than expected. Drsgs on my carpets so not easy to use as not adjustable for suction level.
