Bought for my mother as a lightweight option and she finds it Very easy to use

Brought about a year ago but swivel head broken already. Have to by another vacuum again ! Surely should last longer.

Nice maneouverable cleaner. Needs emptied quite often but this is not an issue because it is so simple to do.\nCharging unit did not work correctly but was exchanged within two days of raising issue and it works fine now.
