Bionnaire BA70313UK Steam Mop

Very disappointed with the product and returned after 24 hours. Didn't do the job it was supposed to and not too easy to handle.

Design and quality is good for the money.

Its quite heavy and the handle keeps coming off while using the mop. the reason why I bought this steam mop was the hand held option but unfortunatelly the steam doesn't seem to be any stronger than the steam that comes out of the kettle!!! So doesn't...

Light weight and easy for floors. Little bit heavy going on carpets but why not just use a carpet cleaner?. Leaves the floors clean, maybe a little damp BUT takes a couple of mins to dry instead of 20 with conventional mop. I am a very very happy OAP...

Cord could be longer. Might benefit from some sort of hook to hang it up. Have not found anywhere i can buy spare 'pads' yet.

Use as a hand held steamer was disapointing. Not very powerful and awkward to use.

has 2 diferent steam heads which is very useful,and a tank that does`nt need refilling every 5 mins.

telescopic handle catch did`nt work,had to use a jubilee clip to keep handle extended during use.

The steamer is heavy to push around. The hand held steamer does not take the marks off the tiles etc as advertised

The cord is quite low down and easy to trip on.
