Bissell 23K5E 1600 Watt Lift Off Steam Mop

i bought this item to use on my wooden floors , on the first attempt the machine left stain marks across the floor. on the second attempt it not only left stains but also took the shine off of the floor. I will be returning this item.

Bought this as a present. It worked twice before the part which allows for the attachments failed, with the steam running function continuously. Not what I expect from such an expensive item.

Had one before, couldn't live without it, so easy to use.

I bought this A year ago full price , there is no carpet guard wish there was , it cleans OK . Now know more about them I would buy a cheap one and not Bessel

Bought this steam mop to help with cleaning of grouting on floor in kitchen in constant use. It also gets the whole floor really clean, which is a bonus and that cleaning is quick. It is still hard work to get the grouting clean, but considerably...

Well made. The on button in hand held mode needs redesigning as it is a pain to keep down. The mop in full steam mode leaves the floor quite wet. Does a good job cleaning.

We just finished our house building project, this steam mop was the best at cleaning up after the builders had finished leaving the fresh and clean... great mop

Having a dog means my floors get steamed cleaned once a day. I purchased this to replace my last steam mop and it's the most disappointing purchase I have made. Poor steaming my floors looked just as dirty when I had finished as when I started.
