Better than the last model, deep cleans very well and easy to use. Would recommend this carpet shampoo machine to anybody.

Only problem found was no carring handle on the machine to carry upstairs.

Seems to clean very well. Brings up carpet pile nicely. Removes quite heavy staining.

Instructions could be clearer, and water/cleaner fluid tanks need refilling often. Very heavy.
