Unlike so many products this DOES perform as advertised. I was on the point of getting new carpets now I don't need to. The results are amazing.

It's big and heavy, but it needs to be I think to do what it does so well.

used today for the first time on a very dirty cream carpet briliant easy to use even my hubby could use it took 20 mins to do a 15x15 foot room. i suffer from back pain result of a car crash was very suprised how easy it glided on carpet was as easy as...

no real bad point could not work out where to store hard floor tool.

I've had a Bissell previously & after trying Rug Doctor & Vax, I was really pleased to be getting another Bissell. They might be a bit more expensive but definately worth the money. Everything comes up clean with minimum effort. 1 dog, 3 kids & cream...

None with the machine, but I wish the cleaning fluid was a bit cheaper!

This is a great cleaner, it's worth spending the extra money on it. Cleans a dream, I have two dogs so the carpet is always getting dirty with little muddy prints. The only thing I would say is that if you can't lift heavy objects this one's not for...
