Hoover went over a little bump on the laminate and the front plastic ripped off. It didn't pick up what it said it picked up and the mop feature spread brown liquid all around the hard floors. Not impressed at all, would like a refund!

I recently bought this, OK once in a while Hetti has to do the industrial but the bissell is amazing. Hoover & wash at the same time! Amazing bit of kit. Best ever domestic invention since the vacuum was invented.
