Glad I got the sturdier one. Just like I remember. Family loves it. Works well with some large items. Great for between major vacuuming.

This product works well on carpet, I haven't tried it on hard floors yet.

I like the bissell. Easy to put together. It does a fairly decent job of picking up. Even works on my hardwood floors. Easy to empy & clean. It is small and lightweight. Doesn't take up much space, so easy to store.

I dont think these sweepers have changed design in 20 plus years. Mine is just what i remembered and wanted. Does a pretty good job but has trouble picking up some dog hair and wont pick up kitty litter. But still works well.

it's not picking up dog's hair on a thick carpet. On a vinyl floor in the kitchen, it'll pick up some dust but most of them are just being pushed around by the sweeper.
