I bought this mop to replace a previous mop and it's stopped working! Worked great for a few weeks and now the mop won't produce any steam at all but the unit gets really hot I'm using distilled water also. So annoying as I've only used it a few times!!

Absolutely useless when it comes to cleaning showers and floors as well - just spits out a little steam and has absolutely no impact on stains, soap scum (not heavy duty) and any other marks. So sorry l brought one and will purchase another one of any...

I love this mop when it works but its so sporadic that it's more frustrating than useful. I'm on my second replacement from Godfreys now. The mop makes a terrible ticking noise and no steam comes out. But when it decides to behave and work it is great....
