Carrying handle underneath the machine. Cord recoil operates when in use and difficult to retract after use. The long hose falls off from the bend in the hose constantly. The hose is extremely difficult to remove from the foot. Dangerous on the stairs...

Great for dog hair (two golden retrievers' worth!) and well-thought out design. Good length of cable and adjustable suction is fantastic for moving from carpet to wooden floors. Came out very highly-scored in Which survey (even above Dyson vacuums...

Little heavy for me, but then again, all vacuums I've had seem much the same in this respect. I might just be a bit weak!

The tool holder which clips on to the pipe tends to fall off easily

Poor design in places - handle is underneath hose which makes lifting and carrying awkward, pull electrical cord is not as eay as foot operated one.
