Easy to use but very effective. We have a cat which has not learned to use the litter tray and this product has saved us having to replace a carpet several times. Much better than hiring a carpet cleaner for small, localised stains.

I'm happy with the vaccume. You have to keep up with cleaning the filters though otherwise performance over time is notable. The vaccume pulls itself along and does a grand job. Negatives- The attachments aren't as effective as I'd hoped on my couches....

I have had mine for over a year and it works great for vacuuming the garage and as a blower. The hose is long and reaches out into the drive to blow dirt out of the drive. It is even light enough that you can take it to other areas.
