Has an ok suction, but all very plastic and flimsy. If you do not want to spend a lot of money, then buy it, as will do the job, otherwise, worth while spending extra money for a more robust hoover.

Absolute rubbish. No suction whatsoever. Parts fall off. This is the second Dirt Devil that we've owned, and it will certainly be the last. I will never buy from this company again, and I advise you all to look elsewhere.

Really keeps the floors clean the only drawback is the safety band which breaks very easily - we seem to have had to buy a lot of replacement rubber bands

this product while it may work well on ordinary carpet.... did not work to remove any pet hair from my oriental mats and runners.. disappointed .

Pleasantly surprised especially considering the price. I somehow thought that it had som sort of a "built in" spot cleaner but it doesn't - just the can of cleaner. However, a great vacuum at the price.

The unit is small but powerful. I had 3 stains I tried it on and it worked beautifully. Spots gone!! I really like the smaller size of the unit because I live in an apartment and it does not take a lot of space that I don't have. Love it....

Holds suction, even with three bars of soap. It has left some scrapes on the tile from the lower supporting metal pieces, it would be nice if they had a little rubber barrier on them to avoid marking the wall.

This sweeper is not worth the money. It does not pick up well and filters need cleaned almost after every use. On a positive note, it is lightweight enough for the children to help with some chores.
