This hose does not expand well like the original hose and tends to pull the vacuum over when trying to stretch the hose out. As a replacement for the original hose its is a tad longer and may be a good option if the price points are close.

only just received this so have no long term history but it does what it says, it cleans the floor. I found that electric mops could not cope with dog hair and bits even after using the vacuum cleaner. Any bits or dog hair left behind gets picked up...

Bought as a spare for upstairs as dyson is too heavy to lug up and down all the time. Not impressed at all. Thought it would be powerful having a 2000w motor but from the start, suction was very poor (although it improves when you unscrew the hose)....
