I purchased this hoover at a sale price. Good suction, very good for pet hair. The only downside is the lead is not as long as previous vax machines I have bought. However, an extension lead solves this problem when doing larger rooms and stairs.

This is a nice machine, easy to assemble from the box, well made strong but very light to use. If there is a down side it would be the very tight on/off switch on the handle, but,mexperiencevtells me that this will loosen with usage so it will be ok...
