I have had a Vax of this type for 18 years and it has given consistently good service. Recently when I needed a spare part for it,this was still available and at a reasonable price. That is service !

Quite impressed with the product as it is fairly lightweight and very effective. I liked the slender design of the hoover as I currently own the previous model and that one is quite bulky and heavy to manouver.
