the manufacturer i think never used this product. the handle after a few minutes of use gets very hot to hold. i had to wear a oven mit to hold the handle. there was no consideration for insulation on the handle.

This machine wouldn't stay on for a period of time. It would simply turn itself off and come back on when it felt like it. It also left horrible streaks all over the floor. I took it back and got a refund.
