The filter is relatively expensive and very difficult to clean. As far as I know,there are no alternative filters which are available for Black and Decker Dustbusters.

this is junk......SUPER LOUD.....mine got super hot and started to even "smoke".....cat litter falls out from the front......JUNK.....PURE JUNK....had to send it back due to the fact it heats up and is a potential danger.
