easy to use. wonderful on kitchen floor, bathroom tiles, cooker etc

We found it not so useful on carpets had to do them more than once and still used a shampoo later.

Removed dirt from floor that a mop just can't .We have a large dog and live on a farm so even cleaning his paws after a walk didn't stop the kitchen floor getting dirty.The Polti steam cleaner really worked bringing the floor up like new.

Instructions could be easier to understand

Water lasts longer than my last steamer. Easy to change different ends to suit job. Floors/carpet dried quickly as does not over wet surface. Very pleased with this appliance and pleased with the results.

hose could be longer to reach areas without extensions.

Very good packaging and storage for the cleaner.

The grip when pressing for steam, gets very hot and I have used gloves to overcome the problem. The rubber finger pad on the grip came away with the heat.

When reading the reviews I thought this would be a great asset but I was very disapointed. If I could get my money back I would!
