Very good with the cat hair unlike other brands that say they are good for pet hair and don't seem to live upto it.

Filter can block quite quickly but it's easily cleaned

It is easy to use and I have found it a most satisfactory cleaner

Quiet at low speed adequate for normal use, extra suction available if required. Carrying handle makes stair cleaning easy. Cleans well, I like the Turbo nozzle, excellent for pet hair. Dust emptying a dream after reusable bags. A good all round...

Has to be used with an extension cable. Hose fell out of hose handle at third use. Easily fixed with some more glue, A swivel connection would cure this fault. A beautifly made telescopic tube, pity they did not get the taper right on the hose handle...

Great suction, looks great, easy to remove the cylinder, does what it says on the tin, would buy again without hesitation.

The attachment for wooden flooring tends to push the dirt away from you. You have to pick the attachment up above the floor sometimes to pick up the dirt. It probably works great on carpets, but i don't have a carpet.

once the metal pipe & tools are attached it appears to loose it's suction power

it is so easy to handle,there is good suction especially for pet owners and everything is easy to get at to keep it clean.

the only thing that lets it down...... is the noise it throws out .....it drives everyone mad.
