Easy to use. Small, stores easily. Hot steam is chemical free and sanitizes everything.

Should wear protective gloves because that steam is HOT.

Fairly useless for cleaning anything of any size. Annoying trigger action.

Environmentally it makes great sense. I can think of multiple uses!

Nothing...it never worked.
