This was a replacement for a previous B&D steam mop model which snapped at the handle. Unfortunately it just isn't a patch on the previous model. The steam flow is inferior and the handle is too long and unwieldy. A big disappointment all round.

Really easy to use, heats up quickly and the floor dries instantly

Light and ever so easy to use. I thought the water tank looked a bit small but managed to do a whole room on the one tank. Works great on tile and laminate!

Simple to fill. The mop is light and very easy to use with goor results on ceramic tiles, laminate wooden floors and Amtico tiles. Quick to start after switching on. The floor dries quickly after cleaning.

The handle was stiff in the body and quiet hard to assemble.

Very easy to fill with water and it heats up very quickly. Great that the floor pads are stuck with velcro as it makes them really easy to put on and take off. It doesn't leave my floors soaking wet and and there is no excess steam!

I keep getting the cord in a tangle around me when I am cleaning, but that may just be me.

Does a really good job, no smears, removes stubborn dirt, very good results. Simple to use, less trouble than using a traditional mop and bucket. I never new this steam mop would make my life so much easier! My husband actually likes using it and...

The size of the head makes it impossible to get in smaller areas, like around my bathroom sink and toilet.
