I've this steamer a few months and was really pleased with it. Easy to use and leaves everything really clean. That's until it stopped working it's be so temperamental, I'm so disappointed that it's total died ... not good.

I had this a few months now and I must say the cap you have to unstrew is in order to fill with water is really difficult to undo, I love the first model, why change it?

Excellent steamer! Definately wouldnt look back on the other steamers on the market. Very Strong steam! does the job very well.

Not a bad steam mop, we had the original H20 but got rid of it as it leaked. This one is a bit better but still has leaking problems. It does its job ok but its not amazing.
