Although I have rated this product highly, it sadly broke after three uses and had to be sent back - a shame as it was easy to use and did the job.

Great suction, animal attachment is great at pulling hairs out of carpets

Animal attachment gets regularly clogged up with hair which needs to be manually pulled out

Good suction and easy to use.

Rigid plastic tubes should be anti-static and more substantial.

It looks very modern. Lightweight great for stairs also. Picks up great would recommend to family/friends. Easy to clean filter even comes with extra filter & pet hair remover fitting. 10/10
