Well I bought this for husband for Father's Day and at first he was not thrilled with a Vacuum cleaner for that day as gift.But changed his mine when he got it out and fired it up.Needless to say he's pleased and I rock!

We've had it for about 3 months. I used it right away to vacuum the stairs inside our house. It worked great. My husband was so excited to use it for the first time in the garage. It did everything the demonstration said it would do. Love the long hose.

We received the vacuum with a torn filter and had to contact the manufacturer for a new filter. Had to hold on forever to get help and had to send a letter with proof of purchase to get a new filter. Since it was a gift - I wasn't too thrilled.

My son was the first to use it, even before my husband installed it in the garage. I could not believe how well it works. Love it!

i wouldnt know how to rate this because first of all it was shipped with a piece missing so i had to get that piece from hoover, then once i received that piece their was no suction from canister. hoover told me to call hsn ...hsn told me to call...

Especially like the long hose - good suction.
