The 'rubber' brush lifts hair from the carpet surface, leaving the carpet visibly cleaner. It's light enough to carry and vacuum the stairs at the same time.

I wish the cord was longer.

Easy to use, compact design and good tool storage. Good overall performance, does what it is supposed to do very well.

Minor point - Additional tools/ accessories seem expensive and difficult to obtain.

for the ammount paid, it does exactly what i wanted it to do, i.e. to suck up water. good little machine.
