Very dirty machine, you need another vacuum to clean as all the [censored word removed] ends up where it's not suppose to. You have to continually wash the filter and it always turns itself off for every little problem then you have to completely...

I do not like the brush head, it is too big and clumsy and you cannot get up to the edge or into the corners, my old LG had a combination crevice tool with brush which was fantastic for the skirting boards and corner, unfortunately they have changed...

great suction, I like the controls on the handle very easy to change suctio easy to empty.

We are very pleased with the LG it is powerful and easy to use. We highly recommend it.

I am waiting for it to go for repair as were the hose joins the machine it is making a poor connection and keeps slowing down and stopping

It would be nice if it were a little less noisy ... but when it is able to clean a floor rug/carpet which you thought a bucket of soapy water was going to be needed .... you make allowances !!

Excellent cleaning performance via 3 stage filtration system, and very easy to clean when full, which seems to take weeks until it beeps at you to indicate the unit needs emptying. Our model has a sliding control on the handle to increase or decrease...

The hose is a fixed length and is not very flexible which is slightlt inconvenient when cleaaning stairs, as you have to carry the machine half way up the stairs and keep you knee against it to stop it bouncing back down the stairs? Only the crevice...
