Was going to buy the basic Henry but then decided on the Henry Extra as I had seen so many people using it professionally and thought I would buy the commercial model instead, thinking it would be better. The only thing is that it is heavier but still...

Purchased Henry extra after our previous Henry passed on to hoover heaven.

I owned my last Henry for 19 years and have had no problems until now, it was upsetting when it finally died, so had to get another one, if this one lasts 19 years I will be very happy....I have had various cleaning jobs over the years and used loads...

We've had many hoovers including all best brands and Henry beats them all. Great cleaning, excellent suction, exact tools you need, reasonably priced bags and great value all around. Would, and have already, definitely recommend.

henry extra is the best vacuum that i have ever purchased

very pleased with my purchase does exactly what i want from a hoover would brighten up any home

Henry is great the suction levels are strong really leaves carpet looking cleaner than my last Hoover which was a vax large bag capacity too 100%

Not much to say really, it does an amazing job, best vacuum I have ever had. Would highly recommend.

So happy with this would have got years ago if I had known how good it was. The tools are very useful and it came with three hepa filter bags not one.
