Basically easy to use. Cleans really well, I will still use certain polishing products in between steam cleans. It isn't perfect, but compared to scrubbing away in rubber gloves, this is amazing.

Should come with more cleaning cloths and anti-limescale sachets.

It is the only iron I trust when ironing chiffons, georgettes and silks.

The water capacity is on the small side, which means you can't iron too many clothes at any given time. On the other hand, I like the compactness of the cylinder.

Amazing at removing,mould , limescale and oil/grease. Lightweight great product

Brushes dont last long,if used to scrub an awkward mark. The brissles melt.

Cleaned very dirty white grout on a tiled floor that every product had failed to clean with very little effort compared to scrubbing a floor

Takes a while to cool down so that you can refill it

great and easy to use, wish i had bought it years ago dont by a "floor mop" buythis instead well worth it! thios was cheaper than buying from a well known site begining with A.

could do witha a water & pressure gauge to let you know how much water and pressure left, however that is on the next model up....

Excellent for stone floors

Fantastic steamer for most jobs around the house. I use it for cleaning my kitchen, bathroom and freshening up the carpets and it does a terrific job.

Only real downside is that you have to wait approx 20 - 30 mins before you can refill the tank after it has run out of steam and there is no indication when it is due to be refilled.
