Ay the moment this hasn't been used as it's a gift for a replacement, but hopefully it will be just as good as the first one

Brilliant. Steams my carpets beautifully and brings pile up.Also gets my kitchen and bathroom floors really clean and dries immediately.

Very happy with this lightweight steam cleaner. Easy to assemble with a great long electric cable which is very useful. Heats up instantly and does the job perfectly 10/10

Very pleased, easy to use. Really good quality for the money

After the first use the black velcro pad that holds the pad onto the mop came off.

I purchased this product, first time I used it I found that it was no good. There is no steam coming out of this and may aswell use a mop and bucket. I will be returning this product.
