The twin pick-up system is excellent from both carpet and laminate. Our cat is semi longhair and the previous cleaner was ineffective and the brushes would quickly clog. Not so with this machine. The bad points listed below are minor compared to the...

The disposal of dirt from the cleaner is still a bit messy compared to a bagged vacuum system and the main filter need to be be cleaned more often than I would have liked. Ladies might find it a bit heavy.

Easily put together and simple to operate. Had Dyson before but this is just as good if not better. Performs its function brilliantly on all floor surfaces.

Very heavy and cumbersome to move around. The roller at the front leaves an imprint on the carpet when you have hoovered it.
