I have only used this once. Quick and easy to use. Could do with extra cloths, especially as they have to be washed without using fabric conditioner and may be too dirty to put in with your other washing. Didn't leave floor as dry as expected but...

I have used many of these steam cleaners and this one is better than the polti I had. It does need a brush head on the floor tool, don't know why it doesn't have one. That said it does everything really well, so i can forgive it.

I wanted a cleaner for both tiled and laminate floors, and the Karcher does both very well. It is also useful to have the handheld attachments for cleaning in the kitchen and the bathroom.
