Lightweight and easy to use. Good suction. Battery lasts well.

Can be a little fiddly to detach the Reach Wand from the handheld vacuum. Brush bar vacuum is more effective than standard vacuum (even with the boost function on).

Lightweight and powerful. Very happy with this. Much better than my dyson handheld, which I returned.

Sometimes hit the power button when vacuuming. But I am being very picky.

I am 76 it's too heavy for my hands I have to keep changing hands that's why I don't like it .also it didn't pickup the cat hairs should have bought the more expensive one

great no leads in the way of cleaning. Easy to use not heavy at all just great, great.

Lights weight, easy to put together, easy to empty, long battery life, fast charger.

Poor on power. Not suitable to use in car, would be better, if would have add on pipe rather than just pole. This would make more suitable to hover under the bed, or car. Power is only strong then using boost and brushes functions at the same time.
