VAX U85-AC-BE

Unusual turning motion, especially when pulling back, proved too hard for my wife's elderly Mum. I also found it rather hard to manoevre. It is an efficient cleaner but I prefer to have a bag to empty rather than the cylinder to open up.

Never had a Vax before and won't be having one again! 1 star given for powerful suction but as soon as the bristles touched the carpet they stopped turning! Very disappointed as the reviews I had read before purchasing had given glowing recommendations :(

This is a great vax. Nice and light and very strong suction. It's not great for the stairs, the hose is ridiculously short. This would be a great vacuum for a flat or someone without stairs to do.

Lightweight, excellent suction, easy to manoeuvre. Pipe can be a bit fiddly to use, but I tend to use without the handle attached for stairs etc.

This is a great hoover with excellent suction, short cable/hose, however the bargain price I paid for it meant I was willing to compromise with an extension cable when nesassary. I have to add that when hoovering stairs you do have to keep the hoover...

The best vacuum cleaner I have ever bought, this cleaner puts the more expensive ones in the shade, it is lightweight and very easy to use and the results are excellent !!! Well worth the money..........

What bliss. No more tugging an uncooperative Henry behind me(an excellent large, open area cleaner). The Vax is light, easy to manoeuvre and use..

Lightweight easy to use machine. If you are short of space this compact machine works wonders. After first use couldn't believe what was picked up from the carpet as it's bagless! Good value would highly recommend.

Easy to lift & use. Seems to pick very easily and it is simple to empty.
