This is an excellent carpet cleaner, easy to use and the results are super, I also love the way the water tanks are separate and with a large capacity, makes shampooing even large areas easy.

As others have said, the cleaner is quite heavy - especially when full, but if you take everything you need to where you are cleaning (rather than trying to take the whole machine to the sink, etc., each time), it's not too bad. I used a measuring jug...

Water continually pouring out when using first time. Did not have even have to pull trigger? Contacted vax who talked me through a shampoo. They admitted must have faulty valve and to return. Awaiting new stocks to arrive in store so can exchange.

Unfortunately it broke down on first using it, depositing a lot of water on the carpet. I replaced the fuse but it made no difference so it's going back.

This product does exactly what it says, and it does it extremely well

Really pleased I bought this - it did a good job on a rather stained carpet. Bear in mind that it is quite large - the size of an old-fashioned hoover. Also to bear in mind is that it requires a bit of practice, easily learnt. Have only used it once so...

purchased this a few weeks ago after paying £85 to have just my bedroom carpet cleaned! its a very big room but still thought it was expensive I have used it several times now and it is amazing. does a brilliant job. only negative is it is heavy
