Quiet, large drim size is amazing and the 15 min cycle is very good at washing clothes well and quickly. The variety of spin speeds is so useful too. Instruction book is easy to follow. It is the best washing machine that I have ever bought.

Taken 2 hotpoint engineers to say was faulty. Dials muddled and did not match key on drawer. Total headache and Very wasn't helpful to get this sorted. Had to take to twitter to rant to hotpoint to get 2nd engineer out. Finally got go ahead for refund....
