It cleans and rinses well, and to my surprise it didn't make much noise when it was running, so that's a huge plus point. I don't think this washing machine wears out my cloths, and I only use the basic features. so far I don't have any issue with it

Before buying this machine, I had a hoover for 32 years! Due to reputation of Fisher & Pykel, was my main reason for buying the machine. I wash for two people. Fantastic machine, can't tell that machine is operating, washing comes very clean....
