Efficient. The wash quality is very good, spin quality very good.

I think the other people above must have had bad luck with their machines as I've just got mine and so far so good. It's great. Features are good, lots of different programmes and if they're all used correctly then there is no problem.

The drum auto-balancing is nice but may terminate the spin programme if you just wash and spin a bath towel or something wet and heavy. Had to call COMET help line for solution. It would be helpful if tips on this problem are given in the manual/handbook.

this is a fantastic machine, our old machine we couldn't hear the lounge telly over, but this one i can stand in the kitchen and have a chat whilst it's on full spin.

Thsi machine is not as quiet as the reviews say. The spec does not tell you that you can not have all the different speeds of spin with each temp. You have to complete the wash and then put the washing on a spin cycle if you would like a faster spin.
