Uses too much electricity and claims to be good for energy also too small barely fit anything it and cycles take too long.

Machine stopped working after just 3 months The programs are too long, i.e. apart from the Rinse 20 mins option, the next shortest wash cycle is 85 mins!

Did not realise it was a smaller drum size as I bought it online but as I stay on my own it is actually adequate. (Probably didn't read about it properly before I bought it but am happy with machine

only had it a few weeks so just getting used to it. so difficult to judge overall maybe in a year or two can give a more effective answer. so far so good.

There seems to be no half load feature and some of the cycle times are rather long.

Slim machine that can handle a big load, I have found the quick wash cycle very handy, very happy with purchase.
