Clear instructions so installation was easy. Machine does all I require of it and more. Much quieter than my old machine. Overall I am delighted with this product.

It leaked on a few occasions - probably due to duff installation (by JL staff unfortunately) but it means we can never have that 100% confidence in the product that we had hoped to achieve by going to JL. But the actual washing quality seems good.

Although I like the ability to create individual wash programmes, I find the clothes always come out very creased, even when using the "extra soft" option. There is also a banging noise during the spin cycle regardless of the size of the load.

So easy to use and good size drum. Very pleased with my last John Lewis washing machine decided I would not look at any other make.
