The machine does not protrude much into the room. This was the key feature for us, as space was limited and a deeper door would not allow other cupboards to open.

Need better (or some even!) instructions on how to use the dryer function alone. There is an unpleasant smell when using the dryer- let's hope it goes away with use!

I purchased this for my 82 year old Mum. Although I wrote down extra instructions as I have an LG she kept phoning me to ask about cycles. My Mum is just getting the hang of it after a few days and loves it.

I think it's quite pricey and should come with a 5 year parts and labout guarantee as standard.

Very quiet machine. Good choice of cycles. The Smart ThinQ app is fairly straightforward to use and additional programs can be downloaded to the machine, which I have done. The delay timer is a very useful feature, it means that I can set the machine...

The instruction booklet isn't as clear as it might be

Its quite a change from my old machine but runs beautifully but you have to carefully read the instructions or you won't understand all the features and how to engage them

The lg laundry app programme doesn't appear to exist!

Lovely design and good load capacity. Lots of programs and a good short cycle of 40mins for a 40deg wash. Super quiet spin and very effective. Lots of wash options that can be tailored- spin speed & temp.

Not easy to find out how to put on a dry only cycle. Rubbish instructions! Trial and error meant that we finally worked it out! Drying seems to take a long time even with a small separate load. As it assesses your wash based on load size, you don't...

Very efficient. Clothes come out beautifully. Really impressive machine and yet simple to use.

Does a spin before every dry cycle so if you hang stuff out and just want to give them 30 minutes in the dryer to take the dampness off them it’s a 10 minute spin first.
