Terrible

Mine has been washing for about 6 years now.... after owning it for 2 years i found it regulary stopped mid cycle flashing 'no drain' i have to re jumble the washing to get it started and running again. Over the years this has gotten to be far worse...

after sales service, waranty isnt long enough it stops several times during a cycle.

Terrible

Do not buy one of these as the support is terrible and the machine is crap. We have wasted $1000 and are looking for another machine

Does not fill with water, or overfills, just will not start, has unresolved computer problems and most importanly LG are not prepared to help - just want more money for more parts.

Excellent

Had it for about 4 years and it has done at least two loads every day seven days a week. We have four adults in our family and so the LG gets a really good work-over but it is easily able to handle it. Great investment in a great machine.

Washes really well, spins really well and is easy to operate. Huge size can wash any household item.

Uses a bit too much water. Also, due to our heavy use it has started to make a whining noise

Terrible

Crap!!!!! dont waste $1000 ,spend it on something that works -maybe a washing bord as the thing has no use perhaps a boat anchor

Good

reading previous posts i thank myself lucky that i got a gem as i have not had a problem with my machine, i did buy it second hand wether it had previous things wrong with it i am unsure but it works fine now. I like that i can do the speed cycle on it...

energy conservative water wise great size

I think this machine is fantastic. I love the size and the quality of the wash. There are four adults in our household with loads of washing. My only concern is the water it uses, but I always set it on speedy cycle so as to keep the energy consumption...

Love the size and the option to wash on speedy dial..less energy. Do one load instead of 2 and can put large blankets and doonas in. Really love the way it washes, and if you don't overload it the spin is very good.

Don't have any. I had an old Hoover before and the spin was awful, I love this machine, but have to say didn't pay full price, bought it second hand.

Terrible

My machine is 12 months old. When we bought we where also told being a direct drive machine there was less to go wrong. The computer board has been replaced 3 times the inlet out let has been replaced 3 times.Now it will not spin dry, and it wont find...

Dont Buy LG products!!!

Terrible

I would never buy another LG product of any kind after the disgusting service I have received from them, even Fair Trading could not get anywhere. If you have another choice, take it.
