Miele W 1914

An excellent replacement for our 19 year old machine - also a Miele.

The ON / OFF button which looks like a little candle confuses some people. It is rather small. It would be good to have it bigger, to light up like the START / STOP button and to be actually marked ON/OFF.

This is our second Miele washing machine, the first one having been bought 13 years ago and still going strong when we passed it on to our son as a replacement for his inefficient Hotpoint. Build quality of our new Miele is as good as ever and so far...

It lacks some of the features of our previous Miele, e.g., it does not have a 'boil' mode which is useful for cleaning teatowels and similar laundry items.

Low running cost Washes very thoroughly

Another quality machine from Meile which more than justifies the price. Buy with absolute confidence as from my experience it will perform perfectly for many many years.
