For some reason a sock always gets caught in the door seal.

good options, washes well - great choice of programs - delay timer is cool - you set the required finish time NOT the start time - clever

large format - difficult to get in position for old machine

The huge drum/load capacity is incredible - means I save time and number of loads when doing washing for our family of 6. The pre-set options for the different type of loads is clear and very easy to use. Changing the washing temperatures is easy to do...

Found that some laundry liquids weren't washing down out of the draw properly. Probably bcz now all washing machines are cold fill only and laundry liquids seem harder to dissolve. I usually mix up the laundry liquid with some hot water, pour it...

A really quiet machine, great capacity and the cycles don't go on for hours like our old LG washing machine... very impressed :)

There is always a sock in the rubber rim thats soaked -- but hey if thats the worst thing about the machine it can't ba bad :)

V. quiet - quieter than the fridge! Large drum. Seems to wash everything fine.
